Started with a single 3 villa project in Pererenan.
In 2018, our founder built 3 small pool villas for an Australian friend in Pererenan. Word spread, and friends of friends started asking for the same thing.
We built a small local team of architects, builders, and PMA specialists. Every villa was handled like it was for our own family. No shortcuts on the build, no surprises in the contract.
Today we have delivered 47+ villas to 23 foreign owners across 5 areas. Repeat buyers and referrals make up most of our new projects.
